I...don't know why I didn't post this until now. Hm.
I'm sure you all remember this [link] silly little thing, right? I originally did it in August of 2004, but I always felt like it was incomplete. Then some few months later, I had my Prisma cool grey markers and decided to attempt to finish my cool-but-not-quite-there illustration. And completed with some edits and brushwhorin' in Photoshop, it came out rather sweet in the end.
A few days ago [Wednesday, I think], I was bored in my Driver's Ed class and started doodling in my notebook. I suddenly remembered my old Moonlit Oddities drawing and felt like drawing the character from it again. Thus: [link]
I quite liked it and felt like drawing another. So I started drawing Nameless [who I shall now call Eric] on a bench, but felt he needed a friend. An angry wank of a friend. A friend with a JESUS ACTION FIGURE! [link]
et al. Or something. Anyway. If you're wondering why there's a sign with THE END, you'll find out when I get the comic done. HO OH.
Micron pens for inking, Prismacolor markers for "color"
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
